High Country Salmon is a boutique, 100% NZ family owned farm floating on the glacial waters of Wairepo Arm, just south of Twizel in the beautiful Mackenzie Region.
Salmon Shop: a wonderful range of fresh, smoked & cured salmon, deli foods and condiments, kitchenware, and merchandise. Complimentary packaging with ice to keep your salmon cool if you are travelling.
