Notification of cancellation 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival will not incur a late cancellation fee. If we receive notification of cancellation later, there will be a cancellation fee of 100% of the room rate. We do not charge for any breakfast that may have been booked.

A "NO SHOW" will incur a fee of 100% of the first nights accommodation, any subsequent reserved nights will be released.
